Governing vs. Governed
No water, no electricity is the latest mantra and those responsible to make available these services to common man say nature is responsible and if that be the case let Nature be in the authority position and no government should be there then.
Why emergency or buffer reasons are not mentioned and that implies governing people lack foresight and do not have any contingency plans. They are simply in position to have status, name and fame but are they spiritual and believe in equal rights?
Why there could not be arrangements to generate electricity in advance , why buffer stocks of water are not thought of, why governed are destined to make ruckus in society while those governing sit in relaxed environment and just feel happy to console the pity by hurling a diplomatic statement to soothe the nerves!!!
No! this is not government ethics. We emulate west for culture and rich in money but not for ethics in governing. In India they keep on raising retirement limits from 58 to 60 and now SEBI comes with 65 thus adding to burgeoning problem of unemployment in this period of recession. Shot-sightedness is failing this country.
The prevailing situations are leading to more and more PILs in India.Why not future planning for water, electricity, unemployment except taking credits so that government comes to power. Whether young to die youngs, whether India has plans that all those upto 30 years of age get employed....
What people who enjoy power do is make common man to fight for rights and thus carry on something else. Why they become so rich but can not distribute wealth. Are they destined to live an immortal role in life...
