Conscience and Right to Life Puttospeed
Recently, when Tamil Nadu, an Indian state passed in bold terms - as resolution in state government's decision and by High Court at Chennai to stop hanging recommendation to President of India by Central Ministry of home of India's capital at New Delhi that Rajiv Gandhi's Killer's (earlier Prime Minister: PM of India) be hanged to death on 9th September, 2011 communicated by a Presidential order.
'The paradox is, whether President's order be put to restricting its operation or extending its decisive date', and giving rise to a root understanding as to why for long 11 years, the decision to hang was kept pending. If not hanged their sending to gallows be remitted to life sentence, the tenure which they already have completed by about 20 years. In many ways the government must answer within 8 weeks -its stand and status. But the situation will lead to - others to be hanged will also raise same precedent.
