Education of Bachelors' Degree for 3 years Puttospeed
One can believe that education policy reins supreme.What would have been consequences if it was maintained at 4 years degree course after every 4th year situation would have come to same status if it was for 3 years considering unemployment. Just prolonging period does not solve problem. UGC must come out with education policy of including skills and employment course of one year for students since it would take time for employing students. Minimum years and maximum gain in education and skills should be motto.
Unemployment is biggest lacunae when Modi government comes to speed of implementing infrastructure development employment would be generated. The situation is changed in a decade. Money value has gone up, employment and not unemployment is what I say is a slogan in coming times. Students' courses should be designed to inculcate feeling of employment. India is a big nation but onlu certain states are developing and rural infrastructure is on the back seat. India to progress must focus on rural first to prevent migration and developing the villages. The facilities in developing states can be emulated in villages and why not schools in villages be made powerful. As human being talent may emerge from any place.
Smiriti Irani said one good thing and that is focus students' career, why put them on 4 years just to prolong. The curricula can be made strong by including 2 semester of 3 months each as specialization in the field. Instead of stretching shrinking in this fast paced world is the essence of time. Government should reform the education policy to orient professional degree so that if private anf governments spaces do not have employment student can develop their own skills to start new venture. And this is again conducive development. The retirement age of government must be reduced to 58 years and extensions should be negligible except for skilled people who could contribute to the growth of nation.
At least one year is saved for students to develop their own skills and decision -making to enter into innovative venture. Modi government's behind the curtain action is constructive and this fills in positivism. Modi is entrusted 5 years to change India and he would do that is my vision. The decision is far more constructive and every issue can not be politicized - a good gesture by UGC.
