Regulation of private companies to be Puttospeed in changing times

Delirious as it seems, private owners of few private companies do not know the rules of game of employment but act whimsically and it is high time government brings them under a new commision to oversee the rules and regulation of employment as they stand to harass employees and the least in insensitivity. Retiring is horrible in private company as one day you are called and told you are retiring end of this month with no package and no intimation in advance or no notice at least 3 months before so that an employee can work out retirement plans. Employee may have liabilities. There is no retirement in professional field.

That occurred with me in Chary publications where it is only twisting fact, telling lies about profit. all cameras with audio installed, privacy is intruded in the name of safety. It is creative publication house or a investigation cell. Even in the name of tracking , a single click on your computer is tracked. When it comes to salary rise issue loss is told to employees. Can one understand that every advertisement comes at price and that is profit, circulation are manipulated but with raw material as employeee one person digest whole money and thinks he is clever and such employees need to be controlled through legal commission.

It is nothing but inflated ego, wiping out profit from the system earned through same employees and building their empires which is black corruption of others efforts and exploiting employees. All the firms should be brought under direct control of income tax newly created wing and independant commission by Company law Board. Few owners lie to the extent of unbelievable thinking and compare themselves with biggest corporate but are flak on ground level.

It is high time Modi government must look into reforms to protect interest of private sector employees and labour welfare role has to be puttospeed with changing times and employees interest in wider perspective as they do have family to support. Does nation have data about such companies!
An immediate step be creating a workers council for registering grievances of employees to initiate process to control mischievous employers and unitary diversion of fund to one's own benefit than seeing interest of all. Is it not capitalist phenomenon!
